I have been working with Ben as my personal trainer for just over a year. Ben has a wealth of knowledge in both exercise & nutrition. My results started to really take off when I enlisted in Ben as my coach to keep me accountable the other 23 hours of the day. The check-in process keeps me on track & gives me a mini goal to aim for each week. I feel better now in my 40's than I did in my 20's.

My journey started when I wanted to learn more about training and bodybuilding, I was so nervous to meet Ben but he instantly brought me at ease, he is super friendly and easy to talk to. I couldn't recommend him enough he is by far the best PT! 

Working with Ben for the past 2 years my strength and body composition have changed for the better, I'm so happy with the results I have made. I cannot wait until I get on stage next year to compete in my first bodybuilding show I'm super excited. 

If you want to get to the next level then Ben will get you there but you must be willing to work hard for it. INTENSITY, FORM, AND CONSISTENCY are the main 3 points Ben has preached to me and it has stuck with me ever since our first pt session.

I’ve been training with Ben for about 3 years now. First in the gym and then remotely when I moved away from the area. Ben is, hands down, the most knowledgeable PT I’ve ever known... but more than that, he works WITH you and LISTENS to create a plan that produces amazing results and fits with your lifestyle, whatever that might be. I work full time in a busy job and my toddler was diagnosed with a metabolic liver disease a year ago - both things don’t leave me much time or headspace to look after myself. In the last 10 months I have lost 9kgs, am in one of the best shapes I’ve been and I am about to complete the 3 Peaks Challenge in 24 hrs. Ben has been monumental in this progression - his support, guidance and perfect motivation have facilitated these successes physically but all importantly he is pretty much why I’ve been able to keep things together over the last 18 months!
